We listen first
The hour belongs to this person. History, mood, and what happened since last time shape the work—not a clipboard that ignores who walked in.
Every bloom begins with ROSE.

The therapy hour
After evaluation, sessions are individualized. You will not find a published menu of minutes or rates here. You will find how the time feels: listening, real conversation, and a next step you can take home.
Every journey begins with hope.
Begin your journeyWhat you will notice
The hour belongs to this person. History, mood, and what happened since last time shape the work—not a clipboard that ignores who walked in.
For a child, that may look like play, books, or the snack already on the table. For an adult, it may look like the words needed for a meal, an appointment, or a story that still belongs to them.
Caregivers are essential members of the team. Coaching happens in the moment so skills can live in everyday routines—not only in the session.
Carryover is named before you go: a greeting at the door, a pause after a question, a phrase to try before a medical visit. Home practice stays short and kind.
Children
For infants, school-age children, and adolescents, the session often looks like the life they already have. Caregivers stay close enough to carry the strategy into the next meal, bath, or car ride.
Adults
After stroke, brain injury, Parkinson's disease, or dementia-related change, the hour protects dignity. We slow down. We practice the conversations that still need to be heard.
How we know it is working
ROSE measures progress in confidence, connection, independence, and hope. Scores can be part of the picture. They are never the whole garden.
What a session is not
Length, weekly frequency, and fees are named before therapy begins. The only fee published here is $25 for a late cancellation or no-show, unless waived, when less than 24-hour notice is given.
Fees & paymentReady when you are
You do not need a referral to start a conversation. If the plan is not a fit, J'Vohnne will say so.
