Compassionate care includes access. This page describes what the website already tries to do, and how to ask for help if you need a different format, more time, or another way to begin.
On this website
- A skip-to-content link is available at the top of every page.
- Navigation, buttons, and forms are designed to work with a keyboard.
- Focus is outlined so you can see where you are.
- Motion (petal fall, Ken Burns stills) is reduced when your device asks for less movement.
- Text can be enlarged with browser zoom. Color contrast is chosen for cream, crimson, and dusk backgrounds.
- Images of people and brand marks include alternative text. Decorative stills are marked so screen readers can skip them.
Beginning care
You do not have to complete forms alone. Intake, consent, and privacy papers can be finished together on a call or during the first visit. Teletherapy may be a fit if travel, stairs, or a busy school day makes an in-person session harder. Tell us what would make the first conversation easier.
Request an accommodation
If a page is hard to read, a form is hard to complete, or you need another format (large print, extra time, a phone walkthrough, or something we have not listed), contact J'Vohnne:

Please include the page you were using and what would help. We take access requests seriously and will follow up.
This is a living promise
We continue to improve the site. This statement is not a claim of perfect conformance with every accessibility guideline. It is a commitment to listen, repair barriers we learn about, and keep the garden open.
