How to refer

Three ways to connect a family.

1. Call or email. Reach J'Vohnne at 773-457-1204 or rosecommunicationandtherapy@gmail.com with the family's permission.
2. Invite the family to intake. They can complete the Client Intake Form on this site.
3. Authorize coordination. The HIPAA release lets R.O.S.E. speak with you about treatment, school, or medical collaboration.

Early communication delays and parent coaching needs
