R.O.S.E. offers professional consultation to parents, caregivers, educators, professionals, and other members of a client's support team. Brief consultation is $25 per 15 minutes by telephone or virtually. Educational and IEP work is a separate professional service. Consultation and IEP/educational support fees are not billable to health insurance.

School work is collaboration with the team you already have—not a school-based contract, and not a replacement for the school SLP.

Educational & IEP consultation

A separate professional service.

IEP-related services and other educational consultation are not included in the standard $25 per 15-minute consultation fee. Fees for these services are provided separately through the R.O.S.E. Communication & Therapy Services Consultation & Educational Support Fee Schedule.

Clients will be informed of applicable fees and estimated service time prior to the provision of services whenever reasonably possible.

Educational support

IEP work is named before it begins.

IEP review, meeting participation, record review, and related preparation are not included in the $25 per 15-minute brief consultation fee. Applicable fees will be communicated prior to services whenever reasonably possible.

IEP review

Review of an IEP, evaluation reports, speech-language goals, accommodations, services, progress reports, and other educational documentation is billed separately based on the time required for professional review and preparation.

IEP meeting participation

Participation in an IEP meeting as a speech-language professional/consultant is a separately billable service. This may include attending the meeting, providing professional input regarding communication needs, discussing speech-language goals and services, and offering recommendations to support the student's educational participation.

IEP preparation & professional consultation

Additional time spent reviewing records, preparing recommendations, communicating with the educational team, preparing for an IEP meeting, or completing follow-up communication may also be billed separately based on the time required.

Brief consultation fees and educational/IEP consultation fees are private-pay professional services. They are not billable to health insurance. R.O.S.E. Communication & Therapy Services reserves the right to establish fees based on the complexity, duration, and professional time required for consultation, record review, IEP review, IEP participation, and related professional services. Clients will be informed of applicable fees prior to services whenever reasonably possible.
