Meet the founder
Founder & Speech-Language Pathologist
M.S.
J'Vohnne Rosario, M.S., is the founder of R.O.S.E. Communication & Therapy Services. She holds a B.S. in Speech-Language Pathology from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and an M.S. in Speech-Language Pathology from Lewis University, and is dedicated to compassionate, individualized, evidence-based care for children, adults, and families.
The practice is named in loving memory of her late Aunt Rose—affectionately known as Tine and Tiny—a second mother whose kindness, strength, and battle with dementia shaped J'Vohnne's understanding of dignity and family-centered care. The Founder's Letter tells that story in her own words.
Her professional path is rooted in a simple conviction: every person has strengths worth celebrating, every voice deserves to be heard, and therapy is more than treatment—it is a partnership. She collaborates with individuals, caregivers, educators, and healthcare professionals so communication skills can live in everyday life, not only in the session.
J'Vohnne provides speech-language therapy across the lifespan. That includes early intervention and parent coaching, pediatric speech and language support, AAC, fluency, and adult neurological rehabilitation after stroke, brain injury, Parkinson's disease, and dementia-related communication change.
The practice name is the heart of her work. R.O.S.E. means Reaching Outcomes through Strength & Empowerment. The rose-and-brain mark on the logo holds that promise: growth and beauty on the outside, the mind and the science of communication at the center, and a voice reaching outward. The calla lily speaks to new beginnings. The green vine that forms a profile reminds us that identity, health, and communication are intertwined.
She founded R.O.S.E. so families would have a therapy home that feels both clinically grounded and deeply human—a place where progress is measured in confidence, connection, independence, and hope. Every journey begins with hope. Every bloom begins with R.O.S.E.

Why the name
The name R.O.S.E. is a promise: we reach for outcomes by seeing strength first, then empowering people to grow. The logo's rose and brain belong together—science and heart, mind and voice, blooming in the same place.

Every individual deserves compassionate, respectful care.
Why R.O.S.E.
We focus on what individuals can do while supporting areas where growth is needed. Therapy is designed around each person's abilities, goals, interests, and priorities.
No two individuals are the same. We provide personalized treatment plans that reflect each person's unique communication needs, lifestyle, challenges, and goals.
Families and caregivers are essential members of the therapy team. We provide education, collaboration, and support so skills can live in everyday routines.
Services are guided by current research, clinical expertise, and the individual's needs and values to provide meaningful and effective intervention.
R.O.S.E. supports individuals across the lifespan—from early communication development in young children to rehabilitation and functional communication support in adults.
The best outcomes happen when professionals work together. Our vision is a multidisciplinary team that includes SLPs, occupational therapists, physical therapists, and developmental specialists.

Practice model
As the practice begins, R.O.S.E. operates as a founder-led Speech-Language Therapy practice. The long-term vision is a collaborative organization offering services that address communication, movement, independence, and overall quality of life.
Teletherapy is already offered when it serves the plan. Parent and caregiver coaching is already part of therapy. The chips below are hoped-for growth—not current offerings.
Growth is intentional. Our future is not simply about adding services—it is about creating a collaborative environment where individuals and families receive the support they need to thrive.
Our vision
To become a trusted multidisciplinary therapy provider recognized for clinical excellence, compassionate care, and meaningful outcomes while empowering individuals across the lifespan to communicate, move, participate, and achieve their fullest potential.
