Cancellation & Attendance Policy

Clients and families are requested to provide a minimum of 24-hour notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment.

Appointments are reserved specifically for each client. When an appointment is missed without adequate notice, that time cannot typically be offered to another client. A $25 late cancellation/no-show fee will be charged. The fee applies regardless of the reason for the missed appointment unless waived at the discretion of R.O.S.E. Communication & Therapy Services.

Clients arriving late may receive a shortened therapy session to maintain scheduling consistency. The full session fee remains applicable. Frequent missed appointments may result in a review of the therapy schedule and continuation of services.
