Therapy Expectations & Family Agreement

At R.O.S.E. Communication & Therapy Services, therapy is a partnership between the clinician, client, and family.

Brief telephone or virtual consultation is $25 per 15 minutes. Time beyond 15 minutes is billed in 15-minute increments. Educational and IEP consultation services—including IEP review, meeting participation, record review, and related preparation—are separately billable professional services and are not included in the brief consultation fee. Consultation fees and educational/IEP consultation fees are private pay and are not billable to health insurance. Applicable fees are named before those services whenever reasonably possible.

Consistent attendance supports progress. Please provide notice when unable to attend appointments. Repeated missed appointments may impact continuation of services. Families may contact R.O.S.E. regarding scheduling, questions about therapy, progress updates, and concerns. We strive to maintain respectful and timely communication.
